Approximately 50% of heart related deaths occur in “low risk” individuals. Many of these deaths would be prevented with early testing. At Ether-Light, we are building a point of care medical device to detect heart disease in individuals at a much lower cost than competitors.

Ether-Light devices use only a few drops of blood as opposed to needing multiple tubes filled by invasive needles.

Using both IR and Raman spectroscopy, we are able to get precise readings on apoB levels.
